Initial Plans of the Nyon Appartment

Having gone a little cold on the whole idea of buying a property in France after our experience with Chalet L'ele things had all settled down.
However I happened to be doing a little property surfing one weekenf and came across an some adverts for appartments in Morzine on the investors in property website.

The advert caught my eye because it said it was ski in ski out and right next to a lift. Our only viewing before this of a similar place was a 4 bedroomed, 2 bathroom place right on the Pleney piste. This was about 90m2 with a balcony and had great rental potential. It was priced at 495,000 euros. However we didnt like the layout or its condition. Great investment from a rental perspective.
This new advert was for a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom appartment, with Sauna, double garage, Ski Cave, 50 m from the lift and ability to ski back to the appartment. The appartment was off plan and priced at 575,000 euros was going to be 150m2 . This equated to 3,833 euros/m2. I think this is great value compared to all of the other property we had seen. The last development that we had seen that was due to be completed in 2006 was being priced close to 6000 eurs/m2.
