Update from Jerome

Even though this process seems to have been going on for ages (since ealry 2004!) w still have not signed the official papers! and as such have only paid a small deposit. The best thing about this is that we have benefited from the rising prices in the meantime.

Well today Jerome sent us an update on the latest progress asking all the buyers to get their money ready!

To all the "Chalets de Nyon" buyers,

We are delighted to announce to each buyer that you shall very soon sign the official contract for your purchase in Nyon. I then thank all of you to organize your finances for a very soon transfer.
The Concrete of block B is being finished now, and its roof is currently started.
Most of the foundations of block A are finished, and the walls of its lower ground floor are finished.
I insist on the fact that we must sign every contracts within the same period, if possible all of them before 20th of december, since we need 75 % of the program signed to be able to pay the artisans and workers thanks to your deposits.
The Notaire Maître Lagrange shall notify this to all of you during next week, with the proper amount of money to transfer. Thanks in advance to do it as soon as possible, to keep on building at same good speed, and if necessary to organize "Power of Attorney" for the ones who can not come down, would be good for the Notaire to know this on monday or tuesday at the latest.
Maître Lagrange shall keep you in touch more accurately.

A tous les acquéreurs des "Chalets de Nyon",

Nous sommes ravis d'annoncer à chaque acquéreur que vous allez prochainement être en mesure de signer l'acte authentique de votre acquisition à Nyon. Je vous remercie donc de mettre en place vos finances pour un transfert rapide.
Le Gros-Oeuvre du bâtiment B est terminé, et sa charpente - couverture en passe d'être posée.
La plus grande partie des fondations du bâtiment A sont terminées, et les murs du rez-de-chaussée bas sont terminés.
J'insiste sur le fait que nous devons signer tous les contrats durant la même période, si possible tous avant le 20 décembre, ceci car nous devons assurer au moins 75 % du programme afin de pouvoir continuer le chantier et payer les artisans grâce à vos avances de fonds.
Maître Lagrange va vous informer très prochainement, avec les appels de fonds précis par acheteur. Merci d'avance de faire le virement le plus rapidement possible, afin de ne pas ralentir la construction, et si nécessaire d'organiser une procuration pour les acquéreurs qui ne pourront pas se déplacer, il serait à ce sujet bien pour le Notaire d'en être informé lundi ou mardi au plus tard.
